Termination of Contract with HCA - Ehsan M. Sairally

January 29, 2008 -ANNOUNCEMENT-

This is to inform you that as of today, January 29, 2008, the contract between Mr. Ehsan M. Sairally and ISNA® Halal Certification Agency (HCA) and/or ISNA® Canada has been terminated effective immediately. Therefore, he is not working with HCA or ISNA® Canada anymore.

Please take note that HCA and ISNA® Canada shall not be held responsible for any representations, promises, commitment etc made by Mr. Sairally on behalf of HCA & ISNA® Canada as of today.
